  • Capability Mapping: Developing Business Capability Models (BCM)
  • Using overlays and views to generate insights

Strategic Analysis and Problem Synthesis
  • Conducting strategic analyses, including maturity and pain point assessments
  • Creating Customer Value Proposition Canvases and exploring customer value
  • Tools like PESTLE for analysing industry and market environments
  • Synthesising data and defining strategic business problems

Day 4

Operationalising Strategy and Presenting Findings
  • Developing Business Motivation Models (BMM)
  • Creating roadmaps, transition plans, and execution paths
  • Presenting key findings and recommendations to leadership
